Abilities: MAGIC. In addition to being able to teleport whenever the show remembers she can, and the telekinesis that seems to be standard for unicorns, she can do a variety of spells and quirky magic things. Like making people grow mustaches.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: She is a tiny supernova of magical power. It's not in any especial danger of leaking out or overwhelming her or backfiring or anything, since she practices regularly and enthusiastically, but boy howdy is she a little pony powerhouse.
